A requested date or experience is not secured until any required payment has been received and confirmation has been sent.
7. Changes requested by the customer
Any request to change the date, route, experience type, number of guests or other booking details is subject to availability and acceptance by Sunchaser Yacht.
Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested change.
8. Cancellations
Cancellation rights and any refund entitlement depend on the specific booking terms communicated to the customer and applicable law. For individual travel and leisure services, EU consumer law does not generally set the cancellation consequences in the same way it does for goods; the stated contract terms and national law matter.
If a cancellation policy is provided during booking confirmation, that cancellation policy will apply to the confirmed service.
9. Right of withdrawal
In general EU distance-selling rules, consumers often have a 14-day withdrawal period for many online service contracts. However, that standard right does not apply in the same way to certain date-specific leisure services, depending on the service booked and the applicable legal exception.
Where a requested yacht experience is booked for a specific date or period, Sunchaser Yacht may rely on the applicable exception for time-specific leisure services where permitted by law.
10. Weather, safety and operational conditions
For safety and operational reasons, Sunchaser Yacht may modify, postpone or cancel a yacht experience due to:
- adverse weather
- sea conditions
- technical issues
- safety concerns
- port, navigation or authority restrictions
- force majeure or extraordinary circumstances
In such cases, Sunchaser Yacht will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date, an adjusted route or another suitable solution, depending on the circumstances.
11. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- providing accurate contact and booking information
- arriving on time at the agreed departure point
- following all onboard safety instructions
- ensuring that all guests behave in a safe and respectful manner
Sunchaser Yacht reserves the right to refuse boarding or end an experience where necessary for safety, legal or operational reasons.
12. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, branding, graphics and layout, belongs to Sunchaser Yacht or is used with permission.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any website content without prior written consent.
